Cloudy this morning, it rained most of the night. The rain stopped a  little after 8:00, headed out a little after 10:00 for a hike hoping to get it in before the rain began again. No such luck, The tree canopy kept the rain off pretty good, but still got a little wet. The Narrows wasn’t too muddy.

Took it easy until it was time to head to the tournament draw. The draw was mostly uneventful, couldn’t believe the Division 2 group was still going. We got started about fifteen minutes late and still finished by around 5:30.

Went to Ed’s and showed Syd some more stuff about playing the dulcimer.

The day started out very rainy. It is staying cloudy, but the rain stopped long enough for me to get in a hike at the Narrows. I wasn’t alone there were a number of other people out today. It wasn’t too muddy.

Some of the downspouts got plugged so I cleared them while it wasn’t raining. I always enjoy getting high up in the ladder.

Worked the dulcimer for awhile. Got a little buzz from the low string, so I changed all of them out and went to the 26/16/12/12 set up. I think I like it we will see. Stephen Seifer uses this set up that is where I got the idea. I thin I am going to buy a bunch of 10’s and install them in the cherry dulcimer to try something I saw from someone else.

Quiet day again. School was a little thin on students, Renaissance took a whole bunch of kids to Kings Island. Add that most of the administrators were at a class somewhere it made it real quiet.

Due to the Kings Island trip I didn’t get many kids at practice. Due to the small numbers I was able to run a more intense practice. I think they slept well that night and I think they in general liked it.

Another real nice day.

Looked at some of the new stuff on CS4, wow some real nice features. Hope the school will get a copy for me.

Lost to Troy 4-1. We stole the singles win I was hoping for, but the doubles never got untracked. What could have been…

Quiet here tonight Judy is at a meeting tonight.

K-vonne wore out his welcome today, so I cut him from the team. I should have done it sometime earlier. After I kicked him off the court, wow practice go so much more productive.

Kind of quiet at home with the kids not here.

Got the yard cut before I had to make hay.
